For a full refund, we require cancellation 3 weeks before an event.

To receive 50% refund credit, to use towards other Art Zone events,
we require a 2-week notice.

 

If you cancel within 1 week or less of your event, a rescheduling fee will be applied.

The rescheduling fee will be 50% of the cost of the event.

If a cancellation is due to weather we will work with you to reschedule your event.

Art Zone will post on their Facebook page if the weather causes events to cancel.
