Slip Casting Exploration for Missouri Art Education Association Members.
21 and up BYOB! Bring your favorite beverage to enjoy.
Participants will be learning how to create casting slip from any clay body. We’ll get to cast molds and clean objects up. Each participant will get to keep a casting of tbier choice.
We’ll be using Bracker’s Terra Blanc clay. This clay body can be fired 05-5. Participants can take creations with them and fire in school kilns. Or leave your piece to be fired and mailed. Firing and mailing have an additional fee-$20.
While in studio check out all the different clay bodies Art Zone has to offer.
